Hi!
Starting today, you can see any new posts I write in english and spanish. Just click in the flags in the upper right corner of the posts to see how it works.

All of this is possible thanks to the jLanguage Plugin for Wordpress, made by Jakob Jensen.

I’m yet to edit the previous posts and the discography section to make them use this new feature, I hope to do this in the next days.

Hi there,

As you can see, I finished the new image for the blog - a little late, but anyway, it’s finished. There are some new things that I will be adding in the next days, so stay tuned.
For now, you can check out the new discography page; now the albums and EPs have a separate page for each one.>br>
What do you think?

Forced to Fly: Remix Project

Hi,

Today I’m starting a new project around my recently released album. Basically it’s an open invitation to anyone who also makes music and wishes to  rework any of the songs from Forced to Fly. If you’re interested in taking part of this, leave a comment here with the song (or songs) you’re interested to work on, and your e-mail.
I will contact you and send you all the files you need to make your own version(s) of it (or them).

That’s all! Feel free to ask any questions you have…

Releases: Forced to Fly

f2ffront1.jpgIt’s done.

After a while of no new releases, I finished my latest work!!

It’s entitled Forced to Fly and it’s a double length album featuring a mixture of various styles, with some progressive feeling to it.

The tracklisting is as follows:

4c3 @ HumbleVoice

Hi there! I created an account in HumbleVoice. Now you can find me there and listen a couple of new songs. Don’t forget to add me if you have an account!

Remixes: Red Panda

Hi,

I finished a new remix, this one is a version from a song made by Northcape. It’s entitled “Red Panda” from the Some Bright Valley EP.

As usual, you can listen the original version and my remix at last.fm. I hope you like it!

UPDATE: After a small delay, Northcape has released the Red Panda Remixed EP, which features my reworked song mentioned above, along with other mixes. This EP is free to download in its respective page at last.fm.

Songs: Silence

Hi! I’m getting some drawbacks finishing the new album, mostly because of CPU overloads… this laptop really sucks, I know. Anyway, I hope to not make a big delay out of this, but if that’s going to be the case, I have uploaded a new song from the upcoming album.
It’s entitled ‘Silence’ and it’s available to listen and download from my official Myspace and from my purevolume site (sorry, I can’t upload it here because of available space).

Soundtrack: Vida Loca

Vida Loca Poster I’m really happy to announce that one of my songs has made its way to the soundtrack of a documentary!

I received a message just some moments ago from Giuseppe Petruzzellis from Aplysia, who is an italian independent film producer. Giuseppe wrote and produced a documentary filmed by Stefania Andreotti (who also wrote it). It’s entitled “Vida Loca” and it’s centered around latin american gangs, like the Mara Salvatrucha and Barrio 18, and their life styles.

Giuseppe stumbled across one of my albums available in Jamendo (Reflect). Since I distributed that EP through a Creative Commons license, he decided to use Endsville as part of the documentary soundtrack, along with other songs by Vate, Demon Doctor, et al.

Here’s one of the two trailers of Vida Loca, which features a fragment of Endsville:

There is more information available about the documentary (including a full press kit) in its official page.

Remixed: Cold Trauma

Continuing with the remixing stuff, now it was the turn of one of my songs. The Peach Tree made a nice reworking of Cold Trauma, a song from my first album.

You can give a listen to his version of the song at last.fm!

Remixes: Doctor Seuss or a Sheep

Starting with my adventures in making alternate takes on other people’s songs, I have done a couple of remixes for fellow musician Angus Maiden, who makes music as The Peach Tree. After an open invitation to remix any of his available songs, I decided to experiment a little with one of them, “Doctor Seuss or a Sheep“.

The final results are 2 sightly different versions of the song, and they can be heard and also downloaded from his collaborations/remixes album available at last.fm.
