Soundtrack: Vida Loca
I’m really happy to announce that one of my songs has made its way to the soundtrack of a documentary!
I received a message just some moments ago from Giuseppe Petruzzellis from Aplysia, who is an italian independent film producer. Giuseppe wrote and produced a documentary filmed by Stefania Andreotti (who also wrote it). It’s entitled “Vida Loca” and it’s centered around latin american gangs, like the Mara Salvatrucha and Barrio 18, and their life styles.
Giuseppe stumbled across one of my albums available in Jamendo (Reflect). Since I distributed that EP through a Creative Commons license, he decided to use Endsville as part of the documentary soundtrack, along with other songs by Vate, Demon Doctor, et al.
Here’s one of the two trailers of Vida Loca, which features a fragment of Endsville:
There is more information available about the documentary (including a full press kit) in its official page.
